My own “making it rain phase…”
I’m an engineer and personal finance coach on a mission to help others achieve financial independence. At 35, I’m working towards my own goal of achieving Financial Independence by the age of 43. My journey began from a place many can relate with… I was an impulsive spender, often hoping things would sort themselves out while making choices such as leasing a second vehicle, which only deepened my financial troubles.

This realization was pivotal in my life. Although I was slightly investing through a 401K (with a company match), my journey didn’t start until I found my “WHY” behind why I mindlessly spent my paycheck, and why I needed to turn my life around. I needed a change and it had to happen that moment. I read dozens of personal finance, investing, self-help books and blogs, and even attended coaching seminars. I’m happy to report I’ve never felt more alignment in my life. Side effects included: growing financial and intellectual wealth.

Throughout my journey, I’ve come to realize that winning with money goes far beyond understanding mathematical and investing principles. Habits, fears, and desires ultimately dictate if a financial plan will be carried out, or disposed of and forgotten. My purpose in life is now to share my knowledge and experiences in finance and personal growth, empowering others to create and live their own Intentional Rich Lives.
